ROAN INISH is dong well in Kentucky, I will be travelling to Lexington to see her progress early next week.
Lassair, a full sister to ROAN INISH, will be making her 3rd start today on the main track at Woodbine. Lassair is only previously tried in Stakes company and this will be her first attempt versus other maidens. This is duly noted in Jim Bannon's racing Journal for today's card: Jim Bannon's Journal.
Tir Chonaill has been working consistently on the main track and will be pointed to a maiden race later in the month of August.
Lisvernane should be back on the track again soon, the filly is crying out for more distance and she has been working well. Recent published works may not indicate this is the case. The 2 year old has matured a great deal mentally since her last race and I doubt we will see any 'green behaviour' in her next start.
